Each pen is made to order and takes 1-2 days to make and then 1 to 2 days to fully cure before they are safe to ship.

Because each pen is handmade, they may have minor imperfections. Any imperfections will not affect the functionality of the pen. There may be blemishes or variations including bubbles, dimples, pin sized rough spots or mixing of colors. Colors may vary slightly on some things for various reasons, such as screen resolution, etc. No two items will be the same.
I do not accept returns or exchanges, but mistakes do happen. Please let me know within 24 hours after delivery (including photos) of any mistakes, problems, or damage in order so I can fix any problems as soon as possible.
